Under UK and EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason. This 14-day period starts the day after you receive your order.
Items That Can Be Returned: Unopened, undamaged packages in original condition with all seals intact. The product must not have been used or opened.
Items That Cannot Be Returned: Opened food supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, even if unopened. Damaged packaging (broken seals, torn labels) may not be eligible unless defective.

Step 2: We will provide you with a return address and reference number.
Step 3: Pack the unopened product securely and send it to the provided address with your reference number.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (see timeframe below).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit your account, depending on your financial institution.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, defect, or damage in transit. If you believe the product was faulty or damaged, include photos with your return.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost, including return shipping.
You may cancel your order for free if it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, the 14-day return period applies.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you provide, or check by post if preferred.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it to verify it is unopened and undamaged. If the product has been opened or is damaged through mishandling, the return may not be eligible for a refund.
If your return shipment is lost or delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible. We recommend using tracked shipping. Once we receive your return, we will send you confirmation.
